She closed her eyes, as though in silent prayer, immersing herself in the beauty of her surroundings... If only this moment could last forever...
Yay! Finally a new update before the new year! I really enjoyed creating this art. Please let me know what you think, for I'm always looking for ways to improve. (: And thank you very much for viewing, I hope you like it.
Wow this is amazing! I stared at this for a couple of minutes just to check out the background and it is beautiful. The whole thing is beautiful, idk how u can improve more than this but if u do its gonna be awesome. Good job.
You know, when I saw the thumbnail and then the art in it's 'full' glory, I thought it was your take on John Everett Millais' Ophelia and Shakespeare's Hamlet. I thought you showed us if only she didn't die after her fall, if only she had just come back up out of the water.
I almost find it a shame that it is not. It would have fit perfectly Still it is a very good piece of work!
Oh! I love your interpretation of this picture! I never thought of that!
In this work, I wanted to convey the feelings of tranquility and serenity. And with the world's natural beauty, nature, being the best place to find such feelings, I decided to depict a lady surrounded by such beauty... Your interpretation is much better than my own. xD
Thank you so much for the lovely comment, and for taking the time to write this.
It's wonderful. There's so many things I like about this picture. The colors used, the detail on the foliage, the image of a fairy, or angel, or some sort of elegant being, being presented. It's a lovely sight. The light was distributed well, and makes the picture seem more realistic. Though I'm not crazy about the unrealish color of the hair, I'd say that it gives it more of a fairytale feel.
Because english is not my mother-tongue i fear a little bit that my critic is to harsh. Ich love the colours and i see the enormous work in this picture. I wish, i have nearly your skills.
But what i mean is that the woman looks like a bathing giant. Especiallyin comparison tothe trees in the background she looks really, really big.
I don't know the english word for a line that ja can draw to control the horizont - butr if you draw them you can see that they cross far, far away from the point of view and the human brain builds a giant woman to correct the view.
Because i'm not good in making composings i can't really explain it.
Maybe she IS a bathing giant and so everything is perfect
Keep on - your profile is awesome and you should see the DD as a appreciationfor your whole work
